What we collect

The update form collects your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. It also records your consent to receive updates.

The Event RSVP form collects identity and attendance details, representative details when applicable, accessibility or participation needs if provided, public-listing permission, and agreement to receive event logistics and session communications.

The Action Brief endorsement form collects identity, title, organization, country, endorsement capacity, review and endorsement confirmation, authority confirmation when required, and optional publication permission.

The public-institution nomination form collects institutional and contact details, information about the public-service problem and intended improvement, the internal owner, a general data category, and required acknowledgements. Do not submit confidential, personal, or sensitive records.

The support form collects professional identity, support type and description, availability, restrictions or commercial conditions, and comments.

Why we collect it

Newsletter details are used only to send occasional updates about this initiative.

RSVP details are used only to manage attendance, accessibility, event logistics, and session communications. RSVP respondents are not automatically subscribed to newsletters or marketing messages.

Endorsement details are used to verify and administer endorsements. An endorsement is not treated as an RSVP, and an RSVP is not treated as an endorsement.

Nomination details are used to assess program fit and contact relevant people about possible next steps. A nomination does not guarantee selection, funding, development, or deployment.

Support details are used to evaluate offers and contact respondents about relevant opportunities.

How your information is processed

We use our own secure system to collect and store information submitted through this website. The system is hosted by a third-party provider that is responsible for processing the information on our behalf. The provider is selected to meet our security and privacy requirements.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with the service provider used to receive the form and the small organizing team responsible for relevant follow-up. It is not sold or exposed in analytics. Form submissions are not public. Participant or endorsement details are published only when the respondent gives the specific permission requested in that form and after review.

Unsubscribe or request deletion

We aim to include an unsubscribe link in all future newsletters. If you wish to unsubscribe, simply click the link. To ask for access, correction, or deletion, use the Offer Support form, choose “Other,” and begin the support description with “Privacy request.” You may also email support@ai4theworld.org. We may need to verify that the request relates to your email address.
